Before the visit, a 0-euro ticket must be reserved for the participants in the ticket store. This also counts as registration. Additional registration by e-mail or telephone is not required.
Without online reservation the visit is not possible!
The payment of the entrance fee takes place on site at the box office in cash, by EC or credit card. Payment on account is not possible.
The group price is granted only if the tour guide or bus driver pays for the entire group!

School classes/kindergartens (minimum size 10 paying pupils/children): One guardian (teacher/caregiver) per 10 children has free admission! Holiday pass groups (minimum size 20 paying children): One carer per 20 participants has free admission!
Payment: To qualify for this special price, one carer must pay for the entire group. Payment options are cash, EC or credit card. Payment on account is not possible.
Note: Booking of this rate is only possible from Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.

This price is valid for groups of 5 or more paying participants from GdB 80 disability. The disabled person's ID card with the corresponding entry must be presented at the ticket office.

We offer you the possibility to purchase a season ticket. The card is valid for one season and can be used as often as you wish in the year of purchase.
(We cannot offer annual passes due to the structure of our facility).
